Important Information
  • Local Residents Policy Palace Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.
  • Guest Policy Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and a valid ID. Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.
  • Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash chutes are available on every floor. Please do not set trash outside the door.

Additional guest passes for registered guests of the room may be purchased for $5 per person. No charge for ages 3 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over. Price for additional passes subject to change. Minimum height for the three main slides is 4 feet tall. 2026 Season: The Waterpark will be open daily, weather permitting (hours may vary), from April 1 to September 7, 2026. Select weekend openings may be added before or after these dates—stay tuned for updates.
